February 2001 - Initial attraction to Ralph's Universe:Fantasy/Art/Poetry is offered by sharp cover design, detail, and color. Revolving and evolving through Ralph's Universe centers upon reader entrance and motion. Accompaniment of an assorted array of forty seven short poems blend natural description, wonder, curiosity, conscious observation, and humor in a gradual warm progression by Th. Trkstar. There are five illustrations of Black and White refined sketching in part one. In an unusual coordination between original artist Ralph Brackett with fantasy colormaster Th. Trkstar a hand crafted colorization takes place. Ten poems balance the display. The second part of Ralph's Universe offers a lacing of thought, activity, gentleness, and resilience of mood. Although a small book it is good for the reader to realize that he or she is moving through a Universe and there are many things to do.

Ralph Brackett (1910-2001) was the award winning master artist of Waterford, Michigan. His simplicity of style with peaceful quality was extended to refined fantasy and natural works. The book Ralph's Universe was published in December 2000. It was a joy to him, as his work has been to others.

Th. Trkstar is the fantasy pseudonym of first time author/self publisher Gregory T. Garbulinski/Greg's Universe, Publishing. Greg is a longtime Aikido instructor and Holistic Health care advocate who has twenty six years 3rd shift experience in hospital emergency area diagnostic imaging. Upon completion and presentation of Ralph's Universe Greg has become a member of the Lapeer Art Association and is in registry with ArtServe Michigan. He is a Michigan author born in Flint, Michigan (March 15th 1950)

Greg Garbulinski of Greg's Universe, Publishing expresses that "the purpose of Ralph's Universe is manyfold with audience levels encompassing adult, young adult, and children.
