The Chemung County Probation Department has fulfilled one of humanity's longtime dreams: It helped bring a man back from the dead.

David A. Cardone, of Elmira, NY was certified by the state Division of Criminal Justice Services, as being discharged from probation because he was dead. He had received 90 days in jail and a $350 fine and placed on probation for a 1991 DWI conviction.

Cardone was notified by the county's probation supervisor, that the city judge approved his discharge from probation. "The NY State file has been changed and you are no longer listed as dead." the probation supervisor wrote.

David A. Cardone is the publisher of a new edition of the book OAHSPE A New Bible in the Words of Jehovih and His Angel Ambassadors. OAHSPE is pronouced as O as in o'clock, AH as in father, and SPE as in speak. OAHSPE means Sky, Earth, and Spirit.

Cardone says he was born again to do the work of Jehovih. To publish OAHSPE and have it become known all about the earth world.

OAHSPE is a new bible given to the world in 1881. OAHSPE was channeled to Dr. John Ballou Newbrough throuh highly evolved spirits (angels).

Cardone also tells of Nostradamus's most profound prophecy. "In the year 1999 and seven months, from the sky will come the great King of terror..."

ABOUT THE FUTURE
Nostradamus refers to a third world war during this century in the Northern Hemisphere after two great powers align themselves against the East:

When those of the northern pole are united together.
In the East will be great fear and dread...
One day the two great leaders will be friends;
Thier great power will be seen to grow.
The New Land will be at the height of it's power:
To the man of blood the number is reported.

The man of blood is identified elsewhere as being the world's third anti-Christ who will emerge in Asia. The "New Land" was a common term used by Nostradamus to refer to what we now call America. Thus, Nostradamus seems to be suggesting that a war will occur between China and a Russo-American alliance. The prophet even gives a precise date for when the conflict will come-"when the cycle of the centuries is renewed." Nostradamus writes the following: In the year 1999 and seven months From the sky will come the great King of terror...

Rev. 13-18 of the Holy Bible States:
"This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man's number, His number is 666."

OAHSPE States:
"The Beast (self) rose up before man, and spake to him, saying: possess thou whatsoever thou wilt, for all things are thine, and are good for thee. And man obeyed the Beast, and war came into the world. The Beast said: Think not I am come to send peace, but a sword. Jehovih called to His Angels in heaven, saying: Behold the seventh era is at hand, Thy armies shall be disbanded. And to as many as separate themselves from the dominion of the Beast, have I given the foundation of My Kingdom on earth. And all such shall be my chosen: By their covenants and by their good works shall they be known henceforth on the earth as mine, and shall be called Faithists.

But to as many as will not make these covenants, have I given the number of the Beast, and they shall be called Uzians, signifying desroyers. And there shall be henceforth the two kinds of people on the earth, Faithists and Uzians.

Not infallable is this Book OAHSPE; but to teach mortals How To Attain To Hear The Creator's Voice, and To See His Heavens,in full consciousness, whilst still living on the earth; and to know of a truth, the place and the condition awaiting them after death.

OAHSPE FURTHER STATES:
" O mortal people, I declare unto thee that the Father's Kingdom is now being founded on the earth, and the mortal manifestation thereof is near at hand. It shall appear as a spontaneous light, permeating the souls of thousands of people; and they shall come forth, establishing Jehovih in truth and fullness! Hear me, O mortals of the earth! The mysteries of the Heavens and of the earth will I clear up before thy judgement! Behold thee of the magnitude of the Father's Kingdoms in the vast places in the immense firmaments! In this era, I come not to an exclusive people, but to the combination of all peoples commingled together as one people. Hence I have called this the Kosmon Era. Henceforth, My chosen shall be of the amalgamated races, who chose Me. And these shall become the best, most perfect of all the peoples of the earth. And they shall not consider race or color, but health and nobleness as to the mortal part; and as to spirit, peace, love, wisdom and good works, and one Great Spirit Only.
